How this map is built. A segment exists here because a recognisable set of companies competes for the same budget and gets bought by the same acquirers. Segments split where the buyer universe diverges, not where the product description does. That is why this map does not follow GICS or NAICS.
Every entry carries market structure and a specific reading of how AI is re-pricing that segment: which cost line collapses, which moat erodes, over what horizon. Ownership, buyer universes, transaction comparables and deal-timing analysis are maintained privately by El Dorado Capital and are not published here.
